Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland only

Orders incur a delivery charge as set out below (UK mainlad only excluding Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland - Please enquire).

Office Chairs: £7.50 per chair unless a quantity of the same style chair is ordered, this will then be charged as: 1 item = £7.50, 2 Items = £11.00, 3 Items = £14.50, each additional +£2.00.

Office Furniture: £24.00 per item unless a quantity of the same furniture product is ordered, this will then be charged as: 1 item = £24.00, 2 Items = £14.00, 3 Items or more = £8.00.

Delivery lead times are normally within 3-10 working days.  We aim to deliver all orders in the shortest time possible, however please allow 14 working days delivery on all orders.

Most of our office chairs and office furniture is delivered flat packed (unless otherwise stated) and require simple assembly.  Assembly instructions are included.

Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged a minimum of 15% of the total order amount.  Delivery charges will not be refunded and the customer will be required to pay the delivery charge for returning the chair(s).  Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Office Chairs before hand.  Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.

All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
